That's okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.

You do not have to be home as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please input these instructions when booking your appointment.

If you're happy with the cleaner you had, we're happy to send them to all of your appointments. You just have to contact us to let us know and we'll make it happen!

Yes, Beyond Clean Services is insured and bonded, and all our employees go through stringent screening and training for your peace of mind. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours.

We bring all required products to give your home a great clean. If you'd like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.

We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning team.

No! Setting up a recurring service will not lock you into any obligations or contracts. You can freely cancel or reschedule anytime, as long as it's 48 hours or more before the next scheduled booking to avoid a late cancellation fee! You will receive reminders via email on your upcoming booking.

Most of our customers differ in their individual needs, so it is difficult to provide specific guidance. Typically, our customers schedule an initial deep cleaning of their home followed by a recurring cleaning appointment. By following this model, you can rest assured that your home is always clean and in top shape.

Our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers. We recommend that you also review the CDC's guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19. 

We also ask that all customers proactively follow the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings. Other recommendations for customers include: 

• Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended by the CDC. 
• Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the well-being of those living in your home or your cleaner 
• Additionally, all Beyond Clean Services cleaners will be wearing a mask the entire time they are in your home.
